How it works
- Call +359 887 690 629 within 30 days of delivery and tell us what you didn't like about the taste.
- We will give you a return authorization and an address.
- Send back whatever is left of the pack (together with the pack itself). Return shipping is at your expense.
- We refund you the price of one pack within 14 days of receiving the return.
Conditions
To keep it fair for all customers, the guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- It applies to your first order and can be used once per customer.
- The refund covers the price of one pack, even if you ordered several (one is enough for you to judge the taste).
- The price of the product is refunded, but the cost of the original delivery is not.
- Return shipping is at your expense.
- Claims are made by phone (+359 887 690 629), stating the reason.
- The guarantee does not apply to wholesale orders or orders for resale, or in cases of obvious abuse.
