Order processing

We process and ship orders quickly: your parcel reaches you within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery times

  • Bulgaria: up to 2 business days, with Econt, Speedy, BOX NOW or Pigeon Express (to an office, locker or address).
  • At the moment, we deliver only within Bulgaria. Other EU countries are coming soon.

Delivery prices

  • The delivery price is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before payment.
  • Free delivery to an Econt or Speedy office on orders over 30 €. Delivery to an address, and delivery to an office on orders under 30 €, are charged at the price shown before payment.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (wrong address, not collected), we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
