Cheddar deviled eggs are ready in 20 minutes and give you 32 g of protein per serving, with MEALUP Cheddar stirred into the filling. A classic for the party table, or simply a light dinner.

The yolks are mashed with mayonnaise and mustard into a smooth cream, then spooned back into the whites. You almost always have everything you need in the fridge.

MEALUP Cheddar goes straight into the cold filling before you fill the eggs, so the cheddar flavor spreads evenly through every single one.

Tips

  • For an extra-smooth filling, push the yolks through a sieve before mixing.
  • Crispy fried bacon bits on top are a classic garnish if you like things saltier.
  • Eggs that are at least a few days old peel more easily after boiling.

MEALUP Cheddar is stirred straight into the cold yolk and mayonnaise filling before the eggs are filled. You taste the cheddar in every bite of filling.

Protein is calculated from USDA FoodData Central and the MEALUP label (20 g in 1 serving).
